You would think that if you searched iTunes, by Album, for "Yule Hear What I Hear", this album would be the first to appear on the search results list. But I had to scroll past about 200 albums before I saw it! I spent HOURS on phone and email to try and get this album into the Christmas section, otherwise I'd have no hopes of random customers stumbling upon it. An aggravating, circuitous process.
